Outstanding Service & Honest Care! We pulled into Midas with a puncture in our tire around the Garden of the Gods in the I-25 construction corridor and discovered that our back tire was losing about a pound of air every two minutes. The team didn't hesitate—they immediately moved the truck into a bay and got it jacked up to protect both the tire and the rim from further damage. We weren't ready to buy new tires on the spot since we wanted to shop around and explore our options first given we needed to buy 4-new tires. Rather than pushing a sale, they swapped on our spare, loaded the damaged tire safely into the truck bed, and got us ready to go. When I went inside to settle up, the gentleman at the desk told us there was no need for us to pay as it was an easy swap. That level of integrity, speed, and customer-first service is exceptionally rare. Simply outstanding work by the team. Highly recommended!

Liz and Kyla are who I dealt with. Very respectful and easy to deal with. Had to have my brakes redone and they made it easy. Kyla is the technician who worked on the car and did a great job. Thank you again

Naven is super awesome! He worked on my tires and it was timely and I felt safe driving my car out the lot. After working with multiple other companies in the past and having issues this Midas is the only one I will trust! Whether I run into issues or just need a simple oil change. The whole team is great and super kind :) 10/10

I’ve been to Midas in Texas, Arizona, and Colorado Springs, and this is one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. They are very trustworthy. I’ve gone there several times for oil changes, car diagnostics, and even major engine repairs. In my experience with other auto shops, they are often not 100% transparent or don’t fully explain what actually needs to be fixed—sometimes recommending repairs that aren’t really necessary. However, this place is very transparent and straightforward. They saved me a lot of time and money by clearly explaining which issues were serious and which ones were not urgent. If I could give 6 stars instead of 5, I absolutely would! Leandre K 12/22/25

They did the job efficiently and quickly. My car is great!!!! They replaced my shocks, did my alignment, and reset what needed to for my alerts. My car is smooth again. The customers service was very caring and they kept in touch each step!
